An UHNW family in Dubai is seeking a Western-trained Physician for a permanent, confidential role as personal medical lead.

The position offers full clinical discretion within a private residential setting, coordinating specialist care as required.

This is a high-fidelity engagement demanding absolute professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Board-certified Physician with 7+ years' post-fellowship or general practice experience.

We place clinicians trained and licensed in Tier-1 Western systems (UK, Ireland, North America, Oceania, Western/Northern Europe) or select Southern European jurisdictions.

Fluent English required; strict NDA compliance mandatory.

Tax-free package of £290,000–£360,000, fully liquid and reviewed annually.

Medical Staff Talent provides advisory guidance and documentation support throughout the DHA licensing process.
