Senior Field Marketing Engineer

- Contribute to regional marketing strategy through in-market insights and technical execution perspectives
- Execute the regional marketing plan in close partnership with Sales
- Support execution of demos, presentations, and technical marketing activities at regional events
- Serve as event "captain" by driving audience engagement, event messaging, and sales activation
- Collaborate with Global Technical Marketing teams to adapt content and demo assets for regional execution
- Provide ongoing insight on customer behavior, competitive activity, and campaign performance
- Support sales enablement through localized tools, content, and training
- Ensure consistent delivery of the brand and messaging in local language and context
- Foster close collaboration and alignment between Sales and Marketing in the region

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in a technical marketing or sales role
- Familiarity with the Italian market and business culture
- Technical fluency and the ability to communicate complex concepts to engineering audiences




- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Must be located in Milan, Italy
