Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Area Managers and drive operational excellence across Fulfilment Centres in Italy. You will develop the operating plan, oversee safety, quality, and productivity, and partner with HR, Finance, and security to meet site targets.

The role leverages Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and data insights to improve performance and customer delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role within Amazon's CF network.
