Richemont Iberia SL seeks a senior CRM and omnichannel strategist to develop and oversee Serapian global CRM strategy, both online and offline, aimed at building an omnichannel client journey and optimizing ROI and key CRM metrics.

Reporting to the Image, Marketing & Communication Director, the role will drive customer retention, engagement and lifetime value, collaborating with retail, e‑commerce and wholesale teams and ensuring data quality and privacy compliance.
