Job Description :
Develop and execute local sales strategies for Residential ESS, C&I; ESS, and EV Chargers to achieve regional sales and market share targets.
Develop and manage local distribution channels, build strong relationships with key distributors, and continuously expand and optimize the distribution network.
Develop and manage key installers and EPC partners, generate project opportunities, drive them through local distribution channels, and strengthen KSTAR’s local market coverage and customer base.
Build, lead, and manage the local team, coordinating sales, marketing, presales, technical, and after-sales resources to support business growth and improve team performance.
Manage overall sales performance, including revenue, profitability, sales pipeline, forecasting, and cost effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of annual business targets.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation and other engineering disciplines is preferred
More than 5 years of overseas business experience, new energy industry related product sales experience is preferred
Proficient in Chinese, English and Italian, excellent communication skills, excellent sales ability, and good pr
