ams OSRAM’s LSP unit seeks a Test Engineer to advance test concepts for ICs, plan test times and costs, and develop hardware and software for wafer- and package-level testing. You will collaborate across Design, Customer, and Suppliers, driving testability early in product design and contributing to test-method innovations.
You will work in a multicultural team, leveraging C/C++/Unison programming and DFT knowledge to optimize test efficiency and reliability across automotive-grade standards.
