This position reports to:
Commercial Configurators and MDM
The Configurator Portfolio Specialist drives the development and adoption of digital commercial and technical tools, enhancing the end-to-end user experience. Acting as a bridge across Sales, Business Lines, R&D;, and IS, the role translates business needs into actionable solutions, manages tool development, and ensures alignment across stakeholders. It also promotes continuous improvement and enables successful rollout through training and stakeholder engagement.

Your responsibilities
Lead Sales Business Excellence digital tools initiatives to enhance customer adoption and satisfaction, with a primary focus on commercial platforms and technical promotion tools. Define user stories, oversee development progress, and manage testing activities. Collect and structure data from Business Lines and R&D; to build and maintain the databases required to support digital tools.
Place strong emphasis on designing, establishing, and continuously improving the end-to-end user journey across all digital tools.
Define and execute strategic roadmaps by proactively gathering feedback from stakeholders and fostering a continuous improvement mindset. Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape and align strategies, translating them into actionable implementation plans.
