Location: Milan Team description SumUp’s Credit Management team keeps our subscription and hardware financing business healthy across five European markets: France, Italy, Spain, DACH and the UK. In Italy, growth in subscription sales and the launch of “Installment from the Shop”, our new self financing option for hardware purchases, has significantly increased the number of open payments that need active follow up. You’ll be the dedicated point of contact for the Italian market, working closely with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care teams to resolve overdue payments and keep customer accounts on track. - Contact merchants by phone and email to collect overdue subscription payments and negotiate repayment agreements
