As an Offering Sales Practitioner Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Global Business Services (GBS), and Captive solutions, from opportunity identification through deal closure. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you will shape tailored solutions, build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, develop compelling proposals, and drive growth across industries and geographies. You will also leverage market insights, industry trends, and Accenture's capabilities to help clients design and scale high-impact GCC, GBS, BOT, and Captive operating models.

Job Summary
- Drive pipeline growth and improve win rates by leveraging a strong understanding of GCC, GBS and Captive models,



services and market dynamics.
- Understand the client’s industry context, business priorities and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities to position Accenture’s GCC, GBS and Captive services, assets and expertise in line with their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout solution shaping and delivery setup, bringing together relevant Accenture solutions and capabilities and leading Go-to-Market activities.
- Ensure differentiated outcomes for clients by aligning solutions with their expectations, business needs and contractual commitments.
- Shape solutions across key service areas, including Automation, Recruitment, Transition, Captive Assist and Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT), while driving strategic, financial and operational decisions across active deals.
