What you will ownGlobal go-to-marketDefine and execute the global go-to-market strategy for our charging solutions (including high-power use cases and regulated market requirements where relevant). Ensure a cohesive positioning across the entire ecosystem, aligning AC + DC ranges and the platform layer into a single, compelling story for customers and partners.
Positioning, messaging & competitive advantageBuild differentiated value propositions for key segments: public charging,

CPO networks, fleets/logistics, retail, fuel stations, destinations. Create and maintain battlecards, competitor benchmarking, and win/loss insights, helping markets defend and win in competitive scenarios.
Portfolio strategy & roadmap influenceOwn portfolio performance and identify whitespace opportunities (new power classes, architectures, features, services). Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with R&D; to shape priorities and launch readiness.
