Structural & Architectural Supervisor
Professional responsible for supervising and coordinating structural and architectural activities on site, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as project specifications.

Your role
- Supervise structural and architectural construction activities at the project site.
- Coordinate interfaces between civil, piping, electrical, HVAC and other involved disciplines.
- Verify that installations comply with drawings, technical specifications and applicable standards.
- Support the completion of construction activities in line with schedule, quality and HSE requirements.
Your responsibilities
- Supervise the installation of steel structures, platforms, stairs, walkways, pipe racks and support systems.
- Coordinate activities related to internal partitions, flooring, suspended ceilings, doors, windows, cladding and insulation systems.
- Manage inspections, dimensional checks, punch lists,
NCRs and quality verifications throughout the construction phases.
- Attend coordination meetings, monitor work progress and prepare site activity reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Structural Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience supervising structural and architectural activities in the Energy, Oil & Gas, Offshore or Industrial Construction sectors.
- Knowledge of steel structures, building interiors, insulation systems, AISC, AWS and API standards, as well as construction regulations.
- Excellent command of English and proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks or 3D visualization tools.
