Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role is based in Berlin. The individual will identify and pursue new business opportunities,
build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, and conduct lead generation activities across Felipillon’s core service areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, understanding their talent and technology needs, preparing and delivering tailored proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. The role also involves managing key accounts, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives that support revenue growth and market expansion.
