Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer – Mission Critical Facilities - Milan, 3 days per week onsite An internationally recognised engineering and design consultancy is seeking a talented Senior/Lead Electrical Engineer to join its growing Building Services Engineering team in Milan.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in mission-critical, data centre, or industrial projects who is looking to work on technically complex and innovative developments within a collaborative international environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-profile projects, supporting clients across the full project lifecycle from concept design through to detailed delivery.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to creating efficient, resilient, and sustainable engineering solutions for modern mission-critical facilities. This position offers significant exposure to complex projects, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to take ownership of design delivery while mentoring junior engineers within the team.
