JOB DESCRIPTION - As a Territory Manager on our Orthopedics/Sport Medicine team, you will be able to offer your customers a full range of products and solutions with a high technological profile. Our product offering includes both capital and disposable products that will provide you an opportunity to use both your strategic and clinical selling skills, and to sell at every level as you establish yourself as the “go-to” person for your accounts’ needs. In your role, you will work closely to your Regional Sales Manager and you will be responsible of promoting and selling our Orthopedics and Sport Medicine product portfolio to both private and public customers in the assigned territory. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implement the strategy identified for the territory (Lombardia) through the application of appropriate commercial actions, identifying and developing new business opportunities with the aim of reaching and exceeding the turnover and profit targets. Interface with key decision makers, guaranteeing the technical/commercial support necessary to satisfy the customer and maximize sales. Carry out product promotion activities in order to increase business and contribute to the award of contracts and tenders in their area of competence. Know and manage the tender process in its entirety, from the pre-tender phase to the post-tender phase, involving the various departments concerned at the appropriate times (Regional Sales Manager, Marketing, Logistics, etc.).
