Role Description The Chief Stewardess role is a temporary, hybrid position based in Istanbul, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing all interior service and housekeeping operations on board, ensuring guest areas, cabins, and common spaces are maintained to luxury standards. The Chief Stewardess organizes and supervises the stewarding team, coordinates guest services such as dining, events, and excursions,
and communicates closely with the captain and other departments to support smooth yacht operations. The role also involves managing inventories and provisioning for interior supplies, maintaining service protocols, and upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards. Administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting on service quality and guest feedback are also part of the daily workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong background in yacht or luxury hospitality service, including experience leading interior teams and delivering high-end guest experiences.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee housekeeping, provisioning, and inventory control efficiently.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, crew, and management in multicultural environments.
