People Manager Coordinator
We are currently looking for a People Manager Coordinator that will support the IT division in Italy in the management of the consultants across the Italian Country.
As a People Manager Coordinator you manage a team of 6 people manager on the following activites:
- Onboarding:
coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure new hirings have all the necessary tools and information for the first day. Managing the pre-onboarding and onboarding of new hirings
- Follow-ups: collecting consultants’ needs, requests and expectations in order to ensure their well-being, also by collaborating with all necessary support departments. You will also evaluate, define and agree upon the professional development of each consultant
- Organization: you will be responsible for ensuring that business units are appropriately staffed in terms of quantity and quality of technical profiles; this includes responsibilities related to changes and transfers between projects
What we are looking for
You are the perfect match if:
- You have a degree, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or Law; a Master in HR will be considered a plus;
- You have around 6 - 7 years of experience
