Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is preparing for a luxury alpine opening. The Pastry Chef de Partie will lead a pastry section under the Head Pastry Chef, ensuring high standards of preparation, presentation, hygiene and consistency during pre-opening and ongoing operations.
Role requires 2–3 years in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting, pre-opening experience preferred, and strong pastry techniques with good English; Italian is a plus.
