For advertising agency, we're looking for a Community Manager.
The Community Manager manages social community during the working week through publishing, moderation, engagement, customer-care support and live monitoring, ensuring timely and brand-consistent interaction across active channels.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and publish approved content across social channels in line with the editorial calendar and platform requirements.
- Monitor comments, mentions, direct interactions and emerging conversations from Monday to Friday.
- Respond to users in line with tone of voice, moderation rules, FAQs and customer-care procedures.
- Support customer-care activities by collecting the information needed, routing requests to the relevant teams and following established escalation paths.
- Identify sensitive topics, recurring issues, misinformation, complaints or potential reputational risks and promptly escalate them to the Social Media Manager.
- Support live monitoring and community management during events, launches or specific activations when planned.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, open cases, escalations and recurring themes to support team handovers and reporting.
- Flag content or operational issues such as broken links, incorrect information or publishing errors.
- Coordinate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure continuity of coverage and context.
- Provides input for Social Media Reports based on the day-to-day experience with the Community
Tools and platforms
- Emplifi and approved social publishing / moderation platforms
- Meta Business Suite and native social-channel tools
Experience and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, social customer care or social-media operations.
- Excellent written Italian, with strong attention to tone, accuracy and context;
working English is required.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and moderation practices.
