ROLE OVERVIEW
Summary
We are seeking engaging Lecturers for our Rome campus to deliver undergraduate and Short Courses in one or more of the following areas: Economics for Business, Financial Risk Management, International Finance, Sport Management, Tourism.
Organizational Context
Reporting to the Academic Coordinator and Campus Director, Lecturers represent the primary academic touchpoint for students, driving engagement and supporting academic success on the Rome campus.
Responsabilities
Deliver Lectures: Teach scheduled classes in English following the pre-designed syllabus, teaching materials, and course structure provided by the institution.
Classroom Management: Facilitate dynamic discussions, practical activities, and interactive learning within multicultural classes.
Assessment Support:
Administer and grade student exams and assignments using pre-established rubrics and testing materials prepared by the department.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Sport Management, Tourism, or a related field.
Teaching / Industry Experience: Prior lecturing experience in higher education or strong practical industry background in the relevant discipline.
Language Skills: English fluency
Skills: Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage international student groups effectively.
