Cross Border Talents is seeking a Founding Growth Manager to own mobile growth for Health & Fitness apps at a Europe-remote setup. You will lead paid user acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, Applovin, and emerging platforms, while building a scalable creative testing engine and optimized funnels from web to app.
This high-ownership role involves managing large ad budgets, deep attribution, and a data-driven growth approach. Equity upside and fully remote work across Europe are offered.
