JOB SUMMARY
The Staff House Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operation of company-provided employee accommodation. The role ensures that all staff housing facilities are safe, well maintained, compliant with company standards, and provide a comfortable living environment for employees. The Staff House Manager acts as the main point of contact for residents and works closely with Human Resources, Engineering, Housekeeping, and external suppliers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or GED; 4 years' experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
OR
• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or related major; 2 years' experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Accommodation Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of all staff housing facilities.
Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, room changes, and check-outs.
Maintain accurate occupancy records and accommodation databases.
Ensure fair and efficient room allocation according to company policies.
Property Maintenance & Safety
Conduct regular inspections of staff houses and communal areas.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with Engineering and external contractors.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and local housing regulations.
Monitor and report any structural, safety, or operational issues.
Resident Relations
Serve as the primary contact for employees residing in staff accommodation.
