About the Role:
Working as a member of our EMEA IT AI Development Team, you will work on commercial AI and machine learning models that support our products, gain exposure to how generative AI systems are built,



and help the team prototype custom GenAI agents alongside experienced engineers.
You will support real AI, machine learning and GenAI projects from exploration through to delivery, working with data and machine learning techniques to develop and evaluate models. You will build hands-on experience with both traditional machine learning and emerging GenAI technologies, while helping prototype AI solutions that address real business needs in a real-world healthcare environment.
Starting in October 2026, this is a full-time Graduate Programme role based on-site in Milan, Italy.
