Role Overview
MDOTM is looking for a Product Line Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of one of Sphere's core product lines. This is a senior, end-to-end ownership role: you set the direction, align the cross-functional team around it, and are accountable for outcomes. You'll sit at the intersection of asset & wealth management domain expertise and modern SaaS product thinking, working closely with researchers, engineers, product,
and client-facing teams to build a product that institutional investors genuinely rely on. You report directly to the CPO.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap
Define and own the product roadmap for your product line, grounded in client needs, market dynamics & research, and MDOTM's broader vision
Translate deep understanding of asset and wealth management workflows into clear product bets - knowing what to build, what to defer, and why
Continuously synthesize inputs from clients, prospects, sales, implementation, and research into a coherent strategic narrative
Cross-functional Leadership
Own the product line's KPIs and be accountable for adoption, retention, and measurable impact on client outcomes
Lead a cross-functional squad without always having direct authority - aligning engineering, data science, design, and GTM around shared goals
Partner with sales and client success to support commercial conversati
