Position Summary
The Manager, Site Business Enablement will support the execution of cross-site value generation and harmonization initiatives within Operations Procurement, with a focus on driving efficiency, operational excellence, and sustainable business outcomes. Reporting to the Associate Director, Procurement Lead, Site Business Enablement, this role will partner with site and functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize,

and implement opportunities that deliver measurable P&L; impact, cost avoidance, and productivity improvements.
This position requires a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual who can support the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple sites. Key areas of focus may include tail spend optimization, support of site category strategy implementation, catalog strategy expansion, and change management activities enabling adoption and long-term value realization.
