Administrative Assistant – Torino

Dumarey Automotive Italia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Torino site, supporting Directors and Teams in different Business Functions.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys being a trusted point of reference across the organization — combining strong organizational skills with genuine relationship-building.

What you’ll do
- Provide administrative support to Directors and teams: agenda management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize business travel and manage expense reimbursements according to company procedures
- Support payroll-related administrative workflows and expense reporting
- Act as backup to the Executive Assistant, ensuring continuity during absences or peak periods




- Contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects — from institutional reporting and HR support initiatives to internal events — bringing structure and reliability wherever needed

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations or a related field (preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus
- Excellent planning, multitasking and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned activities and follow them through to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- A resilient, solutions-oriented mindset and a proactive, team-first attitude
