We are looking for a Lead System Integration Engineer with deep expertise in software testing across ADAS, infotainment, telematics, or E/E architecture domains.

You will own test strategy, guide validation teams, and drive end-to-end V&V; coordination across complex automotive programmes at a major OEM.Employment type: PermanentWorking model: HybridResponsibilities:Develop a test strategy for a technical domain and/or projectLead and coordinate all technical aspects of validation and verification for the organizationDefine best practices for test conceptsManage and execution validation & verification tasks for a given set of projects, coordinating work of several validation engineersDevelop and implement a detailed V&V; system test concept, including test objectives, test criteria,
acceptance and quality metrics for a set of given functions and/or a physical sub-system in a given E/E architecture designApplication and implementation of test strategy #LI-Hybrid #L1-BG1Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Computer EngineeringMinimum 3+ years of technical leadership in systems architecture/vehicle network development and industrialization, minimally on a sub-system domain levelHigh understanding of E/E architecture features and functionsStrong experience within a technical domain such as ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, or E/E architecture developmentAbility to read and analyze digital communications data (CAN/LIN/Ethernet)Ability to work on vehicles, SIL/HIL benches and in a test environment (hands-on)Good understanding of microprocessor-based electronics and electronic circuits.Strong analytical problem-solving skillsGood knowledge xlwpduy of agile test methods and test automationExperience with complex test environmentsExperience with planning, status & risk reporting and escalation, prioritization, and global governanc
