Geotab seeks a Customer Success Manager (SMB) to own a portfolio of SMB customers, drive value-based engagement, and maximize net retention and growth. Build long-term relationships, validate goals, and lead onboarding and enablement to deliver ongoing value.
You will monitor health signals, manage renewals, and collaborate with Sales to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while coordinating with cross-functional teams for a superior customer experience.
