Role

Rebag is hiring an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to manage our lifecycle and retention program as part of the Brand Marketing team. This role brings Rebag's brand voice to life across every post-acquisition touchpoint, turning brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into an engaging, on-brand customer journey. The role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and partners closely with Performance Marketing on segmentation, targeting, and campaign analytics:
Own the email and SMS send calendar end-to-end: QA and scheduling for every email campaign, and set-up and scheduling for every SMS campaign, plus the automated/triggered flows and lifecycle journeys running in each channel
Translate promotions and brand and seasonal moments into email and SMS content and cadence that reflect Rebag’s voice and creative standards
Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team on audience segmentation, targeting strategy, and campaign analyti
