Front Office Assistant

Your Responsabilities
- Organization and maintanance of the front office
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
- Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, business trips and reservations
- Handling of phone calls and emails
- Support for Facility Management and HR department activities

Your Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma; additional certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Proficent in MS Office
- Familiarity in handling confidential information and security protocols
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to work independently, along with strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of German is preferred

- Total compensation starting from € 33,000 gross per year,



including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
