Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role
As Learning & Development Manager, you will help shape and continuously evolve Angelini Pharma's learningecosystem — from strategy to execution. You'll design and manage the corporate Learning Catalogue, buildingstructured, business-aligned journeys for Leadership, People Managers, Young Talent and All Employees, whileensuring every learning solution ties back to measurable business impact and the Angelini Pharma LeadershipModel. In this role, you will:
Support the execution of the company-wide L&D; strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities andTalent Management processes.
Design and coordinate high-impact learning initiatives using multiple methodologies (70-20-10, digitallearning, virtual and classroom experiences,



coaching, mentoring, action learning), collaborating withexperts and external partners on content quality.
Translate Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Individual Development Plansinto targeted, personalized development initiatives linked to career growth and succession readiness.
Ensure learning pathways support both current capability needs and the future leadership pipeline,contributing to a culture of continuous learning.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Functional Leaders and People Managers to identify developmentpriorities and monitor learning effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external learning providers, leadership development partners and digitallearning vendors, supporting budget planning and vendor performance management.
