The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Regional Marketing DACH & Channel Partners to lead the development, execution, and optimisation of regional marketing strategies across the DACH region and the EMEAI Channel Partner network.
Working closely with commercial, product and global marketing teams, you will drive go-to-market initiatives, demand generation programmes, customer engagement activities and sales enablement efforts that support regional growth objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.

Identify market opportunities and target customer segments across DACH and the EMEAI Channel Partner network. Adapt global messaging and campaigns to regional market needs. Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitive activity to inform marketing plans. Collect and communicate customer and market feedback to support product and commercial strategy. Pilot and implement regional marketing initiatives that drive measurable business impact. Ensure consistent application of marketing processes, brand standards and performance metrics. Partner with Marketing Operations and Events teams to deliver regional campaigns, events and customer engagement programmes. Manage regional marketing budgets and investment priorities.
