Job Description

Are you a recent graduate (or did you graduate not long ago) with a strong passion for Real Estate? Colliers Academy is the programme designed for you.
Starting in October , we offer young talents the opportunity to join Colliers through a structured internship lasting 12 months (6+6), during which you will work within our Colliers Valuation division, specialised in valuing every type of real estate asset from an economic and financial perspective.
Valuation is more than just numbers. It is one of the most comprehensive entry points into the Real Estate industry, providing exposure to multiple asset classes, market sectors and business challenges. Through this experience, you will build the technical expertise and commercial awareness that underpin successful careers across the entire Real Estate ecosystem.
Throughout the year, your progress and performance will be closely followed and assessed,



and at the end of the internship you will gain the opportunity to join the other centres of excellence within our group, should you wish to continue your career in a different area beyond valuation. You could be guided towards:
- Advisory
- Agency
- Capital Markets
- Development
- Fund management
- Property management
- Project management
- Valuation

Qualifications

Who we are looking for
- Passionate about Real Estate market
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, Finance or Economics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Native Italian speaker with working proficiency English level
