We are a community of passionate travellers , in love with the world and always eager to meet new people.
Group Leaders wear the WeRoad t-shirt only once or twice per year , leading small groups of travellers around the world. The rest of the year, they live their normal lives — with normal jobs, studies, or projects.
But when they travel with us, something special happens.
Each trip is the chance to create connections, discover new cultures, and share unforgettable experiences with strangers who often become friends.
The greatest satisfaction?
It usually comes on the very last day of the trip , when you look around and realise that a group of strangers has become a small community.
What does a Group Leader do?
A Group Leader is not a tour guide.
Your role is to lead the group experience , making sure everyone feels included, safe, and part of the adventure.
You will:
Lead small groups of travellers during WeRoad trips
