Active Marketing Chef

For a company leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified as a Great Place to Work in Europe, we are looking for an Active Marketing Chef to join the team in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying potential prospects to building long-term partnerships through effective networking.
- Create detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information through the company’s CRM system.
- Product mapping and building the sales pipeline
- Promoting, selling, and driving product adoption
Requirements:
- Experience in the HoReCa sector or in a sales role will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.




- Proven organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel to maintain a strong market presence
What we offer:
- On-site field coaching
- Compensation package: 40.000€ gross annual salary + 40% MBO premio.
- Travel expense reimbursement
Before starting the activity a 2-week introductory techcnical training will be provived by the hiring company at their French subsidiary in Paris or at their HQ in Padova, Italy fully covered by the hiring company
