STRATEGIC TALENT ACQUISITION Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Ensure that the selection processes are closed within reasonable timelines. If not, redefine search strategies with the assistance of HR Business Partners. RECRUITMENT PROCESS & OPERATIONS Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture. Manage the candidate experience, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the whole recruitment process.
