The Health&Occupational; Safety (H&OS;) lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Health, and Occupational Safety within the Ferrara site organization (i.e., Manufacturing, R&D; and support functions). As Site RSPP is Legally responsible for Italian Law on all Site H&S; matters according to D.Lgs.81/08.
The activity is aimed at developing, implementing, and monitoring Site H&OS; strategy, programs, policies and communication to ensure Goal Zero, compliance with statutory and LYB requirements and promotion an healthy and safe work environment, in collaboration with Site Leadership and employees and with continuous improvement. and direct advisor of both Manufacturing and R&D; Site Manager on H&S; matter. Collaborate to represents Ferrara Site on H&OS; matters (e.g., audits) with Authorities, unions, third parties, Ferrara consortium and with LYB Corporate HSE.
