Pay Range: $44.94/hour

JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this role, you will oversee personnel, equipment, and maintenance initiatives that drive safety, quality, responsiveness, and cost objectives. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving complex equipment issues,



developing teams, and collaborating across departments to support manufacturing excellence.

WHAT'S THE JOB?

Responsibilities
- Implement and actively support corporate safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrective actions.
- Support operational goals related to Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost (SPQRC).
- Supervise construction and maintenance projects.
- Assist with implementing divisional and corporate policies.
- Maintain project schedules and quality requirements.
- Enforce safety practices and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
- Train, develop, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
- Ensure compliance with local and national labor agreements.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve operational and maintenance
