CHEP is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Milan to drive strategic relationships with key customers in the food, packaging and supply chain sectors. This hybrid role combines international collaboration with local visibility, supported by our Salesforce CRM.
You will lead strategic account plans, negotiate contracts, conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance metrics (NPS, SLA compliance) and develop expansion opportunities to sustain revenue growth.
