ADAMA Ltd. in Italy is seeking a Commercial Excellence Lead to strengthen our commercial capabilities. This highly collaborative role works across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Leadership to turn data and market insights into decisions and measurable impact.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of commercial experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and forecasting skills, plus experience with CRM data, KPIs and reporting. Fluent English and Italian for local market.
