Our client is a leading specialist data centre main contractor delivering full turnkey solutions across Europe, covering civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning works.
With a group turnover exceeding 1.5bn and a strong pipeline of secured projects over the next three years, they continue to expand within the mission‑critical sector.
Due to ongoing growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Supervisor to join the site delivery team on a major data centre development in Milan, Italy.
The CSA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day site activities across all civil, structural,

and architectural packages — ensuring works are delivered safely, in line with programme, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily CSA site activities, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, driving productivity and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Ensure all works are completed to required quality standards, carrying out routine inspections and identifying any non-conformances.
- Work closely with the QA/QC team to ensure inspections, documentation, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Support site management with planning activities, short-term lookahead programmes, and progress reporting.
- Attend and actively contribute to coordination meetings, subcontractor meetings, and internal planning reviews.
