Jet HR in Milan is seeking a Paid Marketing Lead to own our B2B paid channels and growth experiments. You’ll run campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, while shaping messaging and creative that convert to qualified leads.
You’ll automate repetitive tasks, build new tools, and optimize the funnel from landing pages to deal signings. This hybrid role offers real ownership, startup velocity, and the chance to impact ARR as Jet scales in Italy.
