Ferrero is seeking a recent graduate to kickstart a career in Production as a Shift Operative Leader at the Caprarola (VT) plant. You will manage line teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure optimal use of materials, methods, workforce, and machinery during shifts.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s Degree in Engineering or related fields and some experience in production, quality, or process activities. Italian and English fluency is essential for success in our diverse environment.
