Deel is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own Deel's AI assistants across internal and customer-facing surfaces. You will lead engineers, designers, and data scientists to build, ship, and iterate on AI-powered products that simplify global payroll and HR workflows.
The role requires 6+ years in product management with deep AI experience, familiarity with OpenAI APIs and agentic tooling, and a bias for rapid experimentation in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
