Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide high-level operational and coordination support to the Directorate of Earth Observation Programmes (D/EOP), contributing to the effective execution of Directorate, Programme and Project activities. The role requires the ability to operate within a complex ESA environment, supporting stakeholder engagement, information management, governance activities and Directorate-level initiatives while ensuring efficient coordination across multiple organisational interfaces.

Key responsibilities include:

Support the planning and coordination of Directorate, Programme and Project activities.
Coordinate reviews, meetings, conferences and stakeholder engagement activities across D/EOP.
Prepare briefing material, reports, presentations and management documentation.
Support action tracking, information management and internal coordination processes.
Maintain and enhance collaborative platforms and communication tools supporting Directorate activities.
Liaise with ESA personnel, programme teams,



industrial partners and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative, coordination and information management processes.
Support ad-hoc Directorate-level initiatives and management activities as required
Skills and Attributes (minimum requirements)

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a critical international environment, supporting Directorate, Programme and Project activities through stakeholder coordination, information management and governance support.
Excellent organisational and communication skills, with proven experience liaising with Technical Officers, Project Teams and industrial partners.
Strong reporting and documentation capabilities, including the preparation of management-level material.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and collaborative platforms.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and organisational interfaces with a high degree
