THE POSITION
The candidate will be responsible for Pet Business, in terms of commercial activities and results, providing a high level of service to the customers and promoting the product and value of the company.
The candidate will manage and develop a direct sales force of representatives in the assigned area, and will cooperate with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to implement the shared strategy with the assigned customers (wholesalers, pharmacies, and vets).
Responsibilities:
Identify business opportunity and works with Sales Manager, NAM and Area Manager team to define commercial strategy.
Coach and mentor the sales Force, providing guidance, guarantee the canvass implementation and the commercial strategy finalized to implement sell out.
Responsible for the implementation of the shared commercial strategy to reach sales and promotional area objectives in the Pet Vet Channel and Pharmacy channel.
Continuously manage the relationship with each major customer (wholesalers, pharmacies, and vets) and their reps: assistance, growth plan, commercial activity,
credit manage and collection, problem solving, to sustain long-term relationships with customers as partner and consultant.
Implementing a sales management process focused on SELL-OUT to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Set sales targets and KPI to be achieved by the sales team, monitor the performance of the sales team.
Responsible for acquiring a detailed understanding of the policies and strategies of competitors.
Travel within the area and provide frequent practices visit (Up to the 80% of the time).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Economic, Business Administration or Scientific).
At least 5 years of experience in the similar position – Previous experience in Vet or Pharma Companies would be a plus.
Fluency in English would be a plus.
