Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Hardware Customer Care Specialist to deliver high-level technical support for PC/x86/x64 and ARM hardware. You will manage post-sales support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests in a hybrid role based in Artegna, Italy.
You should have 3+ years in technical support for industrial hardware, strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, networks and CRM/ticketing; SAP is a plus.
