Key Responsibilities Contact prospective students and effectively communicate the value of our Master's programmes. Guide prospective students throughout the admissions process. Play an active role in making a meaningful impact on people's lives and career development. Previous experience in B2 C sales, education, recruitment, or consulting . Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented approach.



Proficiency in English (B2 level or above ). An initial 6-month employment contract (CCNL Aninsei) , with the possibility of renewal. Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive onboarding, followed by the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after the first three months , including up to two days of remote work based on performance.
