You will lead multi-country sales efforts, strengthen vendor relationships, and position Services as a key differentiator. Define and execute the European go-to-market for TD SYNNEX Services
Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth across Professional, Managed, Cloud, Security and Lifecycle Services
Lead strategic initiatives for Services products and enterprise channel partners
Build executive relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders across Europe
Accelerate services attachment rates across product, software,



cloud and solution-led opportunities
Collaborate with country sales leaders to create scalable sales motions and growth plans
Identify new market opportunities and emerging technologies aligned to strategic priorities
Lead forecasting, performance management and business planning for European Services
Drive sales enablement and adoption of Services within regional and country teams
Develop and mentor a high-performing, international team across multiple markets
Extensive experience in technology distribution, channel sales, managed/cloud/cybersecurity services or related tech
Proven track record leading multi-country or pan-European commercial organizations
Strong understanding of IT channel ecosystem (MSP, MSSP, CSP, VAR, vendor models)
Demonstrated success building and scaling recurring revenue and services businesses
Experience developing strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors
Strong financial/commercial
