The EIB, the European Union's bank, seeking to recruit for its Group Information Systems Directorate (GIS), Digital Transformation & Innovation Department (DTI) Business, Relationship Division (BR), Change Management Programme Unit (CMP), at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a Change and Project Manager – Change Management*.

This is a full-time position at grade 5 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

Purpose

You will contribute to the planning, coordination and implementation of change management activities supporting digital transformation initiatives across the EIB Group.

You will support the practical application of the EIB Groupwide Change Management Framework and support the rollout of the federated Change Management model,

ensuring consistent adoption, stakeholder engagement and organisational readiness across programmes.

Close collaboration with business users will be essential to ensure effective upskilling and the smooth end -user adoption of new applications and solutions developed and deployed by the Group Information Systems (GIS) Directorate, ensuring they are embraced efficiently.

Operating Network

You will report to the Head of the Change Management Programme Unit the within the Business Relationship Division.

Accountabilities

Coordinate change management for assigned digital transformation initiatives., in line with the EIBG Change Management Framework and agreed project governance
Contribute to the implementation and continuous improvement of the EIB Group Change Management Framework
Support the practical deployment of the federated Change Management operating model across Directorates and programmes in
