As Gucci Giardino Head Chef you will have the mission to ensure that the guest has a holistic and excellent multisensory experience in one of the symbols of the Gucci world.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the standards, quality of the food, and hygiene within the Kitchen are always maintained at the highest level.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

Optimal and timely delivery of preparation with strong attention to details
Supervises the preparation and cooking of food, organizing the work groups by assigning the commis di cucina various tasks
Coordinates the preparation methods for both cooked and raw foods, various types of cutting,

filleting, marinating, and cooking methods for the different products, confectionery, the appropriate use of aromatic herbs and spices
Assures the synchronization and efficiency of work in the kitchen.
Management of food orders of reference and the control of the supply of the pantry
Verifies the mise en place of the courses

Job Requirements

At least 3 year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry within the Kitchen area
Fluent English or Italian
Professional appearance and curate self-grooming
Great interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Team-working skills
High knowledge of the main kitchen operating procedures
High Knowledge of current regulations and the safety standards
Using kitchen machinery & food preservation techniques

Gross Annual Salary: from 28000 € to 30000 €
